had exactly learned of the Wise-men. Then was fulfilled that which was spoken through Jeremiah the prophet, saying, A voice was heard in Ramah, Weeping and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children; And she would not be comforted, because they are not. (Matthew 2:16-18)
PREDICTION: He was despised, and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and as one from whom men hide their face he was despised; and we esteemed him not. (Isaiah 53:3) FULFILLMENT: He came unto his own, and they that were his own received him not. (John 1:11)
PREDICTION: And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my hire; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my hire thirty pieces of silver. (Zechariah 11:12) FULFILLMENT: and said, What are ye willing to give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they weighed unto him thirty pieces of silver. (Matthew 26:15)
PREDICTION: and I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed: he shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. (Genesis 3:15) FULFILLMENT: but when the fulness of the time came, God sent forth his Son, born of a woman, born under the law. (Galatians 4:4)
PREDICTION: Behold, I send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, will suddenly come to his temple; and the messenger of the covenant, whom ye desire, behold, he comes, saith Jehovah of hosts. (Malachi 3:1) FULFILLMENT: And when the messengers of John were departed, he began to say unto the multitudes concerning John, What went ye out into the wilderness to behold? a reed shaken with the wind? This is he of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, Who shall prepare thy way before thee. (Luke 7:24,27)

(Zechariah 9:9) FULFILLMENT: And they bring the colt unto Jesus, and cast on him their garments; and he sat upon him. And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, Hosanna; Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord: And he entered into Jerusalem, into the temple; and when he had looked round about upon all things, it being now eventide, he went out unto Bethany with the twelve. (Mark 11:7,9,11)
PREDICTION: He keeps all his bones: Not one of them is broken. (Psalm 34:20) FULFILLMENT: The soldiers therefore came, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other that was crucified with him: but when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs: For these things came to pass, that the scripture might be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken.
So the bottom line? Is the Bible truthful and pure? God’s words are pure words, Pure silver words refined seven times In the fires of his word-kiln, Pure on earth as well as in heaven. God, keep us safe from their lies, From the wicked who stalk us with lies, From the wicked who collect honors For their wonderful lies.
It should be evident to anyone who, with an open mind, examines the evidence. Based on a perfect track record proven over time, we can believe the Bible! We can believe it and claim it’s power to make a change in our lives.
